I used this company to get a roof estimate because my neighbor behind me used them several years ago they got a full roof new planking new gutters for $7000 our house is a little bit bigger and we got quoted $38,000 the price of materials… More have gone up but not that high the salesman all but admitted that it’s $27,000 in labor what happened to this place? The minute we wouldn’t sign he turned nasty and then nasty text messages he said he emailed me a quote but it was two copies of insurance attachments no quote. I was going into this experience absolutely dreading it because of the past problems we had and these particular workers were great. Aside from doing the job well, it looking nice and them being professional and courteous, they cleaned up after themselves each and every day!!!! Not having to come home to food wrappers, trash, random pieces of material, cigarette butts, etc. blowing throughout my lawn was huge for me and the reason I am writing this review.
My only complaint, which I really hate mentioning, is in regards to the garage door we had installed. The functionality of the door is fine. It’s more the way the door looks in person compared to the pictures and brochures not matching up with what we were expecting, is what we are somewhat dissatisfied with. From a distance, the door looks great but, once you get up close it looks a little bit cheaper and plastic like then what we thought we were getting. The company that East Coast uses (Amarr) knows about this issue as I saw the same concerns mentioned on Amarr’s website.
